If you are new here, then welcome, to my seasonal makeup capsule. If you aren’t new, then hello again. Glad to have you back.
Today we’re talking (what I think is,) the best fall makeup collection ever.
Now that that’s out of the way, let’s get to the makeup. I’ve got to be honest, I’m not feeling especially chatty today, and I’m counting on the makeup talk to cheer me up. We all have these moments, right?
This season I’ve chosen products that inspire me to relinquish the typical “fall” makeup style, and instead go for something a bit different. I’m feeling rebellious this year, and my everyday fall makeup reflects that.
Come and see all of the products I’m using this fall! Let’s get started.
Urban Decay Naked2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette // My year-round cool toned matte eyeshadow staple. The shadows are smooth, and it has all the basic cool browns and grays I need for either a simple everyday look, or smokiness for a night out.

Urban Decay Electric Palette // Lately I’ve been loving incorporating different colors into my looks. This palette is filled with bright pops of color, and and the great pigmentation makes the shadows so versatile.

Sephora Collection Contour Eye Pencil 12hr Wear Waterproof // Nothing too special about this eyeliner (I received it in my latest Sephora Play Box,) although I do enjoy it. The formula is creamy and easily blendable. Plus, the “sharpen-able” pencil form makes fresh product readily available as a smooth and dark base for the eyeshadows.

Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Shadow Primer // Another old favorite that’s making it’s way back to the forefront. This eyeshadow primer passes my oily eyelids test with flying colors, and it smells lovely doing it.

Anastasia Beverly Hills DipBrow Pomade in Dark Brown // I fall in and out of love with brow pomade about as often as I waddle over to the coffee maker for another fix. (Read: very often.) Recently I seem to have gained a few new pomade-using skills, because I find the product so much easier to use, and much more versatile than pencils.

Urban Decay Perversion Mascara // Perversion comes out to play every fall, and this year is no different! Why always in fall? Because Perversion is my “Holiday Travel” mascara. It’s one of those association things that are senseless to everybody but myself. I just love cracking into a fresh tube of my favorite mascara approaching a big trip, and then forever associating it with good times. But besides that, Perversion is an awesome mascara.

Cover FX Illuminating Primer // Another product that lives for fall and winter season. I love applying this primer under my makeup when my skin feels dull all over. This is especially helpful since I tend to travel to colder climates in late fall. I can also dab a bit over makeup for a subtle highlight; another multi-purpose plus!

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation Stick // I can get away with using more of this during the cooler months since my skin doesn’t get as oily and melty as it does in the summer heat. I apply the stick foundation just where I need it, and blend it well for a naturally flawless look.

Tarte Colored Clay CC Undereye Corrector // Fall is rainy season around here, which means I’m in for many dark and cloudy days. These are the days when I really want to bring some light into my face. I’ve been enjoying adding a touch of peachy color corrector under my eyes to brighten up the area and reduce the effect of any shadows.

Sephora Collection Bright Future Gel Serum Concealer // I like using a lightweight concealer over color corrector so that the finished look doesn’t look too heavy. For me, using a highly pigmented color corrector plus a thick concealer is just too much. This one is awesome because it provides just enough coverage and brightness sans the extra weight.

Tarte Smooth Operator Amazonian Clay Finishing Powder // If you’ve been around for a while, then you know my obsession with my Rimmel powder. I think the time has come for me to open my horizons and try something new. And so I have been using this Tarte loose powder for a last couple of weeks and I’ve been liking it so far. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Sephora Collection Contour Powder in Tranquil // After months of showcasing my “natural look” all summer, I like switching it up with contouring in the fall. Not to mention, it balances out the extra highlights I go for when the world is less well-lit. This particular powder is no longer available, but I have linked something similar.

Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer // It’s hot chocolate season season, so I use my chocolate scented bronzer. Makes perfect sense.

Urban Decay Afterglow 8-Hour Powder Blush in Rapture // This deep mauve-purple blush looks terrifying in the pan, especially if you have lighter skin. Applied sparingly, it looks amazing in fall! I have very warm undertones in my skin, so the purpleness is slightly neutralized into the perfect rosy, wind-kissed look. Give a “scary” blush a try this fall.

Trèstique Highlight & Perfect Multipurpose Stick in Maldives Luminescent // What do you know, another highlighter. I got into this product after creating my last makeup tutorial, and I don’t plan on stopping using it any time soon. The stick form makes it easy to apply on the go when you need a little extra luminosity, and it’s just subtle enough so it looks pretty on bare skin too.

Milani Color Statement Lipstick in Black Cherry // We all need a super deep and vampy statement lip in fall. Since I don’t wear this type of shade often, spending Sephora-like prices on one was out of the question. Milani makes my favorite lipsticks from the drugstore. The formula is non-drying, and the shade selection is chic and modern.

Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Sake //
Bite Beauty is hands down my favorite brand for lip products! Sake is a mauve-pink shade that is on the cooler side, which is different from what I typically wear. It is the perfect finishing touch for smoky looks using my Naked2 Basics Palette.
