spring outfits march, spring outfits march
Ah, spring! My least favorite season.
Am I kidding? No. I’m really not about giving up my cozy life in sweaters. Nonetheless, here are my outfit ideas for Spring 2020! I’ve got a few stereotypically spring-like looks perfect for the warmer weather, and I’ve also got some looks for those of you holding on to #HawaiiWinter for dear life.
Each spring outfit is inspired by one of the wearable 2020 fashion trends I’ve identified in this post! BUT it’s all about wearability and longevity in my fashion world, so all of these are outfit formulas that will never go out of style. All you have to do is swap out a piece or two for a trendy item (if you’re into that) and you’ll always look chic, up-to-date, and never tacky.
Without further ado, here are my spring outfits for March 2020!

Floral Mini Dress + White Puff Sleeve Tee + Pearl Earrings + Mini Backpack + White Platform Sneakers
Blue is super on-trend this season, but is it ever really out of style? Add a contemporary look to a classic spring floral with a puff sleeve tee, on-trend pearl earrings and a natural-toned convertible backpack.
White Puff Sleeve Tee + Beige Tailored Shorts + Tassel Earrings + Coral Clutch + Pastel Green Pumps
Here’s that puff sleeve tee again, this time paired with neutral and classic tailored shorts. Add in pops of spring color with a textured coral clutch, soft green pumps and trendy statement earrings.
Flowy Shorts + Fitted Tank + Canvas Tote + Funky Heart Pendant + Slide Sandals
We can’t do spring without a healthy dose of florals, tanks and sandals. Here, I’m adding a statement pendant for funkiness and a trendy canvas tote for those natural just-going-to-the-market vibes.
White Maxi Dress + Yellow Bandana + Blue Tote + Brown Slide Sandals
Nothing says classic spring like a flowy white maxi dress and comfy slides. Add in fun pops of color with a double-whammy-trendy blue canvas bag and a bright bandana. Wear the bandana as a headband, tied around your neck, or tied onto your tote.
